The current OPERATING AGREEMENT made and entered into as of May, 2025, by
and among ICJS Innovative Criminal Justice Solutions, LLC an Delaware Limited Liability
Company (the “Company”) and QUALIFY JUST – IT SOLUTIONS AND CONSULTING, S.A.,
executing this Agreement as the sole member of the Company.
